Recently we stayed 3 nights at your motel, one night in 21(disabled) then as it was booked for the next 2 nights we moved to 22 at the back. Leanne & the other staff were most helpful providing a plastic chair for the shower, they could?nt do enough for us. We found everthing spotless & the flowers surronding were an added bonus.

Stayed here with my family for 2 week sin July 2014 when we were relocating from Wollongong (NSW) to Hastings for work.
This is not a luxury hotel, and it is not there to cater for tourists; tradies and working visitors to Bluescope & Cerburus stay here. Don’t expect new furnishings or modern decorating aesthetics.
That being said, it was comfortable, spotlessly clean, well maintained, everything worked just fine and the serviced apartment had everything we needed (with a good range of pots, pans, utensils etc in the kitchenette). The grounds are spacious and peaceful, however it is the customer service that are the highlight here. From the front desk to the room cleaners, all were happy, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome in our new state.
We had a problem with our booking, and the staff helped us through and sorted things out with our relocation agents rather than charging us, personally, for the error. For going out of their way to make sure we weren’t inconvenienced by someone else’s error whilst our lives were eing turned upsde down is something I *greatly* appreciate, and therefore can’t recommend this place highly enough.
Its not fancy, its just *good*. And really if you’re not looking for the “holiday experience” (Hastings isn’t a holiday destination anyway) but rather just want a quiet, clean, safe place to sleep, and folks who will do their best to make your stay as easy as possible, this is the place.
