Our conference facilities include three conference rooms, The Regency room, The Mantle Room and The Harbour View Suite.

The Victoriana Function Centre, featuring the adjacent Regency and Mantle Rooms, provides plenty of space for large conferences and space for breakaway groups as well as lunch.

The Harbour View Suite is a purpose built boardroom suitable for smaller meetings. It features plenty of natural light as well as an adjoining kitchen.

Full catering can be provided for your conference. From morning tea of freshly baked muffins and brewed coffee to our working lunch consisting of platters of sandwiches, hot finger food and fruit. Buffet breakfasts and private dinners can be arranged.

Technical and catering facilities

The harbour View Motor Inn offers a range of meal options to meet your conference needs. Conference equipment available includes data projector, whiteboards, flip charts, lectern, and microphone. Iced water, tea and coffee and mints are offered to all delegates. All rooms are wheelchair accessible
